Terms and Conditions for CSNP Membership

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with the Cybersecurity Nonprofit Professionals ("CSNP" or "we" or "us"), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free educational resources related to cybersecurity. By registering as a member of CSNP, you ("Member" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register or participate in any CSNP programs or activities.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering as a member, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.
Code of Conduct
As a member of CSNP, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
a. Respect: Treat all members and CSNP staff with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
b. Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all interactions with other members, CSNP staff, and third parties affiliated with CSNP.
c. Intellectual Property: Do not share, distribute, or use copyrighted materials or intellectual property without proper authorization.
d. Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members and CSNP staff. Do not share personal information without consent, and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
e. Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while participating in CSNP activities, programs, or events.

Membership Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the CSNP resources and participate in CSNP activities will immediately cease.

CSNP provides educational resources and activities on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the information provided will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Your use of the resources and participation in the activities are at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CSNP, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your membership, use of the resources, or participation in the activities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSNP, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising out of or related to your membership, use of the resources, or participation in the activities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CSNP is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and provide notice to members via email. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
